Official Indoor practice begins Feb. 13

We meet in the field house.  Be prepared to go outside most days... Even if it is cold and snowy.

You can see the weekly practice/workout schedule under Documents on the right side of the homepage. Please refer to this if you want to know what the workout schedule is or what is planned for any given day.  This schedule is not set in stone, and will change from time to time.

This is the website for our NEW fundraiser this spring, a road race called the Fast Cat 5k, 10k & 2x5k Relay.  Online registration is now available by going to the race website.  The race will be on Saturday, March 31 @ PNHS.  PNHS distance runners are encouraged to sign up for the 2x5k Relay-  You pick your partner, each person will run a 5k.  We are inviting other high school teams from the area to participate as well.  This race is approved by the IHSA, so students can participate.

Help spread the word about this race!  We already have several sponsors (RoadRunner Sports, Dick Pond, YMCA, 95.9 The River) but are still seeking more.  Contact Coach Derks for more info.
